While we work with reliable shipping partners, M&K Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, customers have 15 days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The seller's liability is limited to the total amount of the customer's order.
